Site/Civil Construction
To complement its environmental platform, OP-TECH routinely offers site/civil construction services as part of a full circle approach to remedial challenges.  Site grading, drainage,  landfill construction and repair, general site excavation, concrete flat work, retaining walls and general site development are all services that OP-TECH routinely performs both on a standalone basis and as part of its environmental projects.   OP-TECH is also experienced with the installation of excavation support systems such as soldier pile walls, steel sheeting and mechanical trench boxes. 

Water and Waste Water Treatment System Installations
OP-TECH’s staff includes technicians and operators experienced in the water and wastewater treatment trades. OP-TECH commonly provides improvement services at water treatment facilities and utility locations including demolition, clarifier cleaning, instrumentation and control, filter press operation, bench testing and polymer injection. OP-TECH has also completed many projects involving pump station improvements and the installation of large horsepower, vertical turbine pumps and associated piping.

Petroleum Systems Installations
OP-TECH’s staff includes technicians who are certified above and below ground tank installers and pipefitters who are operator qualified (OQ) under 49 CFR 192 & 195.  OP-TECH routinely installs fueling systems for gasoline, fuel oil, diesel fuel and aviation fuel including storage, transmission, dispensing and fire suppression systems.

Utility Installations
The installation of new utilities often follows decontamination and demolition of former structures at remedial sites. In this regard, OP-TECH offers a full range of utility installation services such as storm drainage, sewer and water piping, steam and condensate piping, pump stations and vaults, oil/water separators, leachate collection and conveyance systems as well as many other utilities services.
